There seems to be no end to troubles for Conrad Hilton accused of stealing a Bentley and violating a restraining order. Accompanied by William Bell (of Santa Monica), 20, Conrad is accused of stealing a car from the residence of an ex-girlfriend’s father. He was charged in Los Angeles of disobeying an order instructing him to keep distance from two residences in Hollywood Hills. The 23 year old great grandson of the Hilton empire mogul could face up to four years in jail if he is convicted of the charges, while William Bell could face up to three years.
They are accused of stealing the Bentley from one of Conrad’s ex-girlfriend’s father and trying to contact her despite a restraining order against him. Conrad also faces charges of contempt of court apart from breaching the restraining order. He has been arrested previously as well, almost two years ago outside an ex-girlfriend’s house for violating a restraining order. Conrad has earlier served two months for using cocaine while on probation. He had been charged with threatening flight attendants of British Airways.
Sources claim that Conrad Hilton’s troubles will simply not go away without him taking an active and assertive role in being a more responsible adult. His rash decision of trying to see his ex-girlfriend Hunter Salomon after allegedly stealing a car from her dad, renowned poker player Rick Salomon has landed him in jail for alleged auto theft. He is also said to have shouted obscenities and insults at the arresting officers.
With multiple run-ins with the law, Conrad Hilton’s life seems to be getting complicated by the day. His family had earlier allegedly decided to post bail on condition that Conrad is hospitalized. His arraignment was delayed as Conrad refused to leave his cell to appear in court on the due date. The bail for Conrad Hilton has been set at 90000 dollars. William Bell’s bail amount was around a third of Conrad’s.
