United Airlines Unveils 787 Polaris Studio Suites with Privacy Doors and 4K Screens

United Airlines has revealed its most opulent business class product yet: the United 787 Business Class suites. These suites are part of the airline’s new “Elevated” interior, which will debut on the Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner. The United 787 Business Class suites, called Polaris Studio suites, are 25% larger than the current Polaris seats. They also feature privacy doors and companion ottoman seating. 

It also features 27-inch 4K OLED screens, the largest seatback screens of any U.S. carrier. The United Airlines 787 Business Class includes premium services like Ossetra caviar service, luxury skincare kits, wireless charging, and Bluetooth connectivity. These upgrades are designed to enhance the experience for international flight passengers. 

Cabin Upgrades for All Classes on United’s 787 

Aside from the United 787 Business Class, the Elevated interior also upgrades all cabin classes.  United Premium Plus seats now feature privacy dividers, wireless charging, and 16-inch 4K OLED screens. Economy and Economy Plus flyers will enjoy 13-inch 4K OLED screens—the largest in any economy cabin globally—plus Bluetooth connectivity and several power outlets.

United 787 Business Class Set for 2026 Launch on Key Routes 

The inaugural United Boeing 787 Business Class with the Elevated interior will be delivered at the end of 2025. It will begin international service in 2026 on routes between San Francisco, Singapore, and London. United plans to have at least 30 aircraft equipped with this layout by 2027. 

United Airlines is setting a new benchmark for comfort and luxury in air travel. This comes with the introduction of the United 787 Business Class suites and the Elevated interior.
