Lollapalooza
Lollapalooza is an annual four-day music festival scheduled to be held in July 2022. It started off as a traveling music festival from the years 1991 to 1997 by Jane’s Addiction singer, Perry Farrell. This was canceled in 2003; since 2005, it had been held only at Grant Park, Chicago, also playing in Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Germany, and France.
Lollapalooza is one of the longest-running music festivals in the USA. Its music genres include alternative rock, heavy metal, punk rock, hip hop, and electronic dance music.
Pickathon
Pickathon is held every year for three days in Happy Valley on the east of Portland, Oregon. It originally began in August 1999 and has included music genres such as indie, rock, rap, folk, and bluegrass. The festival also offers its visitors camping sites and food options. This time, it is scheduled to be held in August 2022.
It is often known for its promotion of sustainable environmental practices, offering eco-friendly transportation, using sustainable fuel and solar energy, recycling, composting, and eliminating plastic tableware. In fact, it was the first large outdoor music festival to do so.
Okeechobee Music Festival
The Okeechobee Music Festival in Florida began in 2016 and instantly became a hit among music fans and music enthusiasts. Scheduled to be held in March 2023 for three days, it provides a glance at touring music artists. It is held at Sunshine Grove, where campers can stay for the duration of the festival.

Ultra Music Festival
Scheduled to be held in March 2023, the Ultra Music Festival is an outdoor electronic music festival held every year in Miami, Florida. It was founded in 1999 by Russell Faibisch and Alex Omes and named after the Ultra Music label.
The primary genre of the Ultra Music Festival is Electronic Dance Music. In 2015, a new stage was introduced for underground electronic musicians in genres such as deep house and techno.
Backwoods Music Festival
Scheduled to be held in April 2023, the Backwoods Music Festival is held every year for 3 or 4 days. It started in 2008 as Backwoods Bash, localized, non-profit, and featuring indie and folk music in Keystone Lake Park in Prue, Oklahoma over the Memorial Day weekend. It catered to the people who didn’t have access to technology and education.
But then, the Backwoods Music Festival evolved over the years by taking on several benefactors; it expanded into Electronic Dance Music and other contemporary genres.
