While Indian passports cost USD 18.07 with a ten-year validity, UAE passports are less expensive at USD 17.70 for five years. This information was found in the research, which analyzed several international passports’ acquisition costs, validity, and travel benefits. When it comes to annual costs, the Indian passport is the cheapest, costing only $1.81. This low cost makes it especially appealing for individuals looking to book cheap international flights.

Economic Value and Visa-Free Access

Even with its financial benefit, just 62 nations allow visa-free travel with the Indian passport which is the cheapest second passport in the world. Passports from countries such as the United Arab Emirates (UAE) provide extensive visa-free travel along with low acquisition costs, making them affordable and enabling global mobility.
