From April 12 to April 14 of 2025, Sikkim will be hosting the International Youth Conclave for Tourism Development in Yangang, located in the Namchi district. This event is organized by the Sikkim Tourism Department which has been organized to celebrate 50 years of Sikkim becoming a state.
This year’s event will be set to host a total of 176 delegates from within India and international delegates. The attendees will get the opportunity to share their ideas regarding the practice of sustainable tourism and its further development. This year’s goal is to further develop tourism in the state, and address existing challenges and explore future opportunities.
