Changi Airport Opens New Wellness Space for A Refreshing Energy Boost to Travellers

Singapore Changi Airport unveiled a new and exciting space called the Fit&Fun Zone where travelers can get fit and entertain themselves in an energetic and refreshing way. Located at Terminal 2 (Transit), Level 3, above Dreamscape, this new attraction is accessible 24 hours a day. It is designed to help passengers stay active and feel refreshed before their next flight.

Changi Airport New Wellness Space 

This spacious Fit&Fun Zone is divided into five various zones, each with a unique activity. Passengers of all ages can relax, stretch, and recharge while waiting for their flight at Changi Airport wellness space.

Green Zone 

You can take a peaceful break here Here you will find six soothing pendulum chairs where you can unwind and soak in the tranquility of Dreamscape. It’s an excellent place to take a deep breath and find a peaceful atmosphere from the busy airport atmosphere.

Orange Zone 

If you are feeling stressed or restless then this Orange Zone is perfect for you. It has Spar Pods and cushioned punching bags hanging from thin ropes. Travelers can punch and push the pods to release energy in a fun way. There are petal-like objects on the walls that can be jabbed for added fun.

Pink Zone 

If you want a quick strength workout, check out the Pink Zone. There are four pull-down levers connected to 2kg to 8kg weights. During pulling, a light ball changes colors, making the exercise more interesting. It’s a great way to stay fit while traveling.

Yellow Zone

This Yellow Zone brings energy and entertainment with five pods of trampolines. The trampolines are equipped with sensors inside them that produce music when walked on. The passengers can bounce, dance, and walk to the rhythm, enjoying a lively and fun experience.

Blue Zone 

Adventure seekers will love the Blue Zone, a cave with a rope maze inspired by nature. This is an interactive zone that encourages curiosity and discovery and is ideal for families and adventure travelers.

The Fit&Fun Zone is the first in the world at an airport, providing passengers the opportunity to be active, relaxed, and entertained while they wait for their flight. From relaxation, to exercise, to play, something is available for all at this new Changi Airport wellness space.
