Air India Loyalty Program Lauded

The revamped Air India Maharaja Club loyalty program received the ‘Up and Coming Program of the Year‘ award for Asia, the Middle East, and Africa at the 2025 Freddie Awards. This recognition, determined by millions of frequent flyers, showcases Air India’s successful modernization efforts under the Tata Group. ​

Exceptional Business Class Inflight Dining 

Air India Business Class meal service, Vista Verve, received the Gold Award for Business Class Meal Service ware 2025 at the prestigious TravelPlus Airline Awards held in Hamburg. The notable recognition highlights the airline’s commitment to providing a refined dining experience. This collection includes stainless steel cutlery featuring lightweight hollow handles, premium chinaware adorned with detailed India-inspired Mandala designs, lead-free glassware sourced from Slovakia, and elegantly crafted salt and pepper cruet sets with a gold finish. The carefully-designed table linen complements the overall presentation, showcasing a blend of tradition and modernity.

Award-Winning Inflight Entertainment

Vista, Air India inflight entertainment and connectivity system was honored as the Best IFEC South Asia 2025 at the PAX Readership Awards. It offers passengers an extensive library of 2,200 hours of global cinematic content in 14 languages on Air India flights. This includes 250 Indian movies across eight languages, more than 900 episodes of Western, Indian, and international TV shows along with approximately 1,000 hours of audio entertainment. Vista’s comprehensive suite ensures a rich and immersive entertainment experience for travelers. 

These global accolades coincide with Air India’s Vihaan.AI initiative. It is aimed at redefining the airline’s brand and service offerings to meet and exceed international standards. The recognition of Vista Verve, Vista, and the Maharaja Club highlights Air India’s dedication to enhancing the passenger experience through innovation and excellence.​
