Los Angeles International Airport Adds Colors to Holiday Travel with New Art Installations

Terminals 1, Terminal 3, Terminal 7, and the Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) became lively galleries exhibiting the works of ten local and regional artists through nine intriguing art installations. These exhibitions, which are organized by Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA)’s Art Program, not only improve the recently remodeled terminal areas but also capture the vibrant essence of Los Angeles through a variety of media, including multimedia, painting, sculpture, photography, and murals. Every artwork provides a different viewpoint, ranging from close-up portraits to expansive cityscapes, making sure that travelers experience a creative voyage through the busy airport.

The resultant color images, which depict many regions and romantic styles, combine to form an enthralling synthesis of humanity.

Erin Miller Wray’s Bird’s Eye View at Terminal 1

This is inspired by soaring vistas through airline windows. It is one of Los Angeles Airport’s most beautiful art installations. While moving through the airport, visitors are prompted to consider their place in the world by the striking, contemporary artwork, which explores the emotional impact of enormous shapes and vivid colors.

Sarah “Buckley” Samiani’s A Place for Us All at Terminal 3
