A delicious and healthy breakfast is a perfect start to a perfect day, considering the fact that it is the ‘most important meal of the day’. There is no dearth of delectable options for breakfast in Delhi, the city known for its tempting food scene among many other things. From north Indian staples like poha, paratha, and chole bhature to south Indian favorites such as idli, dosa, upma, and vada to non-traditional substitutes like toasts, sandwiches, scrambled eggs, and pancakes; the variety is huge. So, head to these breakfast places in Delhi to start your day on a delicious note.

Sita Ram Diwan Chand

Delhiites love chole bhature, a puffed-up Indian bread made of wheat flour (bhature) and paired with spicy chickpea curry (chole). This classic Indian dish, often eaten for breakfast, is something that you must try when you are in the nation’s capital city. Sita Ram Diwan Chand, a very old establishment, is one of the best breakfast places in Delhi to visit for authentic chole bhature. They have many branches, but the one in Paharganj is the oldest. Delhiites swear by the authentic taste of their chole bhature, which, according to a few patrons, remained unchanged since the time it was founded.
